Overview
The University College of Management and Sciences (UCMS) is committed to providing equal educational opportunities and welcomes applications from all eligible candidates. This policy outlines the admission criteria, procedures, and requirements for the Fall 2024 intake.
Formal Commencement of Admissions
Admissions for all programs as cited below will begin on July 22, 2024. Students awaiting results can apply for provisional admission based on their previous results (HSSC-1). Their admission will be finalized upon passing their final exams, in accordance with GCUF admission policy.Programs to offer

Eligibility Criteria
To be eligible for admission to any BS program at the University College of Management and Sciences, (under affiliation from GCUF) applicants must meet the following criteria:Programs | Eligibility Criteria | Age | Minimum Percentage |

• A satisfactory score in the university's admission test (if applicable).
• Over-aged students at the time of admissions will not be entertained as per GCUF/ UCMS admission policy.
Required Documents for Registration
Prospective students are required to submit the following documents for registration:• Complete Admission form (available online or at the admissions office).
• 4 Recent passport-size photographs (Blue Background).
• 3 Copies of Matric / Inter certificate.
• 3 Copies of Character / Leaving Certificate.
• 3 Copies of Equivalence Certificate. (for O/A Levels)
• 3 Copies of Father’s / Guardian’s CNIC.
• 3 Copies of applicants CNIC or Form-B.
• 3 Copies of Domicile.
• Original NOC (in case of other Province).
• Payment receipt of application fee.
Fee Concession Criteria
Fee concessions may be granted under the following conditions:
• Financial Hardship: Fee reduction is considered case-by-case, subject to verification and approval by the financial aid committee.
