Information Technology

A bachelor's degree in information technology (IT) at UCMS prepares students to establish, manage, and sustain the computing infrastructure that supports organizational operations.

Students can choose to specialize in network administration and security, which can lead to a career as a network administrator, information security analyst, or data communication consultant. Alternatively, those who concentrate on computer forensics and security will have a strong foundation for employment in the public or private sector as forensic analysts or in information security.

Students who complete a bachelor's degree in information technology (IT) will be able to set up, manage, and maintain the computing infrastructure which supports organizational processes. By gaining expertise in these domains, students are well-prepared for the challenges of IT-related roles in various industries.
