Frequently Asked Questions
How do I apply for scholarships?
Most scholarships require a separate application in addition to your admission application. You can access the scholarship application through your applicant portal after submitting your admission application.
Can I receive multiple scholarships?
In most cases, students can receive only one major merit scholarship. However, you may be eligible to receive additional smaller scholarships or need-based aid in addition to your merit scholarship, up to the cost of attendance.
Are scholarships renewable?
Most scholarships are renewable for up to four years (eight semesters) of undergraduate study, provided you maintain the required GPA and full-time enrollment status. Specific renewal criteria are included in your scholarship award letter.
What is the FAFSA and why should I complete it?
The Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA) is used to determine your eligibility for federal, state, and institutional need-based financial aid. All students seeking financial assistance should complete the FAFSA, even if they don't think they'll qualify for need-based aid.
When will I be notified about scholarship decisions?
Scholarship decisions are typically made within 2-4 weeks after you receive your admission decision. All scholarship notifications are sent via email and will also be available in your applicant portal.
