Payment Methods & Schedule

Payment Schedule

  • Admission fee must be paid at the time of admission confirmation
  • Semester fees are due before the start of each semester
  • Late payment penalty of PKR 500 per week applies after due date
  • Students with outstanding dues will not be allowed to attend classes or examinations

Accepted Payment Methods

  • Bank draft in favor of "University College of Management & Sciences"
  • Online bank transfer to university account
  • Cash payment at university accounts office
  • Credit/Debit card payment (processing fee may apply)

Refund Policy

General Refund Guidelines

  • Admission fee is non-refundable under any circumstances
  • Refund requests must be submitted in writing with proper documentation
  • Processing time for approved refunds is 30-45 working days
  • Refunds will be processed through the same payment method used for original payment
  • Administrative charges of PKR 1,000 will be deducted from all refunds

Time-based Refund Schedule

  • Before semester starts: 90% refund of semester fee
  • Within first 2 weeks: 75% refund of semester fee
  • Within first month: 50% refund of semester fee
  • After one month: 25% refund of semester fee
  • After mid-semester: No refund applicable

Special Circumstances

  • Medical Emergency: Full documentation required, case-by-case review
  • Transfer to Another Institution: 50% refund with transfer certificate
  • Program Cancellation by University: Full refund of semester fee
  • Disciplinary Action: No refund for students dismissed due to misconduct

Refund Application Process

Submit refund application to the Accounts Office with required documents. Include reason for withdrawal, original fee receipts, and any supporting documentation. Applications will be reviewed by the Fee Committee within 15 working days.
